Our return policy is as follows:
We would be happy to return or exchange any unused item that you are not satisfied with. In the event of a return or exchange, we are unable to credit you for Shipping & Handling fees. In the event of an exchange for another item, there will be an additional S & H fee. All returns require a 15% restocking fee.
We do our best to prevent this, however on the rare occasion you receive a defective item, we would be happy to replace at no extra shipping cost to you or we will give you a refund.
We deal with a secured server, therefore once the original transaction has been completed, we no longer have access to your credit card information. If you have an outstanding balance on your order, we will again need your credit card information.

If you are returning an item, we ask that you send to the address listed below. Please include your receipt/order number along with a note explaining what we can do for you. We also ask that you please return within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days.

All items that are shipped from our manufacturers which allows us to offer our customer better pricing. Orders on average take 7 to 10 business days depending on your location and time of order.

Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of item purchase. After 12 hours your order will have already been processed and shipped. In the even you would like to cancel an order after 12 hours please contact support. If the order has not been processed and shipped a full refund will be submitted. Upon the event the order has been processed and shipped the customer will have to follow the standard return process shown above.
In the event an item is damaged please contact support within 7 days of arrival. After reviewing evidence we will come to an agreement of a full refund, partial refund, or a full replacement.
