I Never received a confirmation mail ?

Don’t panic! Unfortunately some email service providers will block our emails or send them to spam. Please be sure to double check your spam folder. If there’s no email in spam please contact us and we will send over order details form an alternate email.

We have know delivery issues with: hotmail, yahoo, and sonic firewall.

What's your average shipping time?

Average shipping time is 7 to 10 business days. Arrival time can be sooner or later depending on package size, weigh, weather, and holiday schedule.

How can I track my order?

To track your order you can login to you account dashboard. You should also receive a conformation email with a tracking code. Tracking emails occasionally get flagged by spam filters, if that’s the case please contact us and we will email you tracking directly.

My order came but some items are missing?

Depending on the items order you may receive multiple shipments. If this happens don’t panic! The additional items are on their way and will be arriving shortly.

*Due to the recent corona virus developments some packages may be delayed due to flight delays and postal slow down. Please wait a minimum of 30 days before inquiring about delayed orders.
